Ebuyer is an Agent only website. It offers you a chance as an Agent to make 1% to REIQ commission (+ GST) by either referring a buyer or actually making a sale on the projects listed on this site. (See “Projects For Sale” in the side menu for details on current projects available).

Ebuyer offers you the opportunity to sell projects for sale Off the Plan and Built Projects, which are a finished product.

Register as an ebuyer Agent:

To become a registered agent of ebuyer and be able to refer buyers and make sales, fill in the Agent Registration Form and submit.

 
1. REFER A BUYER (and you receive 1% commission (+ GST))

a) You send us the name and contact details of a buyer via the Buyer Referral Form

b) We contact the buyer and if successful prepare contracts

c) You receive 1% (+ GST) of the sale price for referring the buyer. 

d) Conditions of use

e) You sign the Conjunction Agreement.

2. YOU MAKE THE SALE (and you receive a REIQ commission (+ GST))

a) All Project details are available in the Projects For Sale section of ebuyer

b) You present the Projects to your buyer

c) Your buyer selects a property of choice from the information provided to them by you

d) You fill in the Sales Advice Form

e) We organise contracts

f) You receive a REIQ commission (+ GST) - which is 5% of the first $18,000 and 2.5% of the balance of purchase price. 
g) Conditions of use

h) You sign the Conjunction Agreement.
